Reset Code 4 Digit Pin #

I recently took my battery off to rest a code now the stereo is asking for a security code anyone know the security code

Sorry for your problems.

The security code is user-set, and no code is required until the user sets it. As I'm sure you realize, the purpose of the security code would be defeated if someone could simply recover or reset it. If you can't get it from the seller, it's possible that Sony or a Sony dealer could help you. Use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/sony/customer-service.
