How Do I Restore The Bluetooth Mouse And Keyboard On My Sony Vgc Rt 150y.

i have lost the use of the bluetooth mouse and keyboard on my sony vgc rt 150y. i have also tried to connect a usb keyboard and usb mouse and that does not work either.
