Sony Vgc-ls1 Wireless Keyboard

I Have A Vgc-ls1 And I Need A New Keyboard, Can I Use Any Wireless Keyboard And Mouse? If Not Could Someone Tell Me Where I Could Purchase A Compatable Keyboard And Mouse.
