All Lines Connected, No Sound, Display Reads 'unlock'.
never programed system lock but, display reads "UNLOCK" and no sound comes thru speakers. Mode selection (Sat, DVD, Vid1, Vid2, etc.. works. What is default lock code? Or any other recommendations?

What speaker configuration do you have, i.e. 5.1 - 7.1??
Have you run the Auto Calibration yet?
Usually if the speakers are greyed out it means you either have none connected or you haven't set the speaker configuration yet.
Looking at your third image you can see a menu option called 'Speaker Pattern' be sure to select the speaker pattern you are currently using. Further reading about this - Speaker Settings menu
