Keeps Blowing Fuses And Making Clicking Sound

Why does my Sony receiver keep blowing fuses?
By far the most common cause of this, espeicially in Sony receivers, is a blown output transistor. You will need to find out which channel (or possibly channels) has the blown transistors and replace both (never just one)
Why does my stereo keep popping fuses?
Your radio fuse could be blowing because of several reasons, such as using the incorrect fuse type, being installed incorrectly, intermittent shorts or an overloaded circuit. To fix the problem, you'll need to troubleshoot and work your way through the list of potential issues.
