Trouble Communicating
when I try to connect my sony speaker to my Google home app it says it's connected but then says could not communicate with your sony

In the event of the following, press and hold the (microphone mute) button for about 8 seconds to reset the speaker. You cannot operate the speaker after you have turned it on. You cannot operate the speaker after you have resolved the issues with pairing.
