Mhc-bx7 Cd Changer

Changer is jammed shut. Can you help?

Reset the system:
1 Press x, ENTER and ?/1 at the same time.
2 Unplug the power cord.
3 Plug the power cord back in.
4 Press ?/1 to turn on the power.
