Cannot Adjust Green Vertical Ks-53hs30

I have replaced the convergence chips, but cannot adjust the distorted cross hatch on the vertical alignment for green, all other adjustments respond Resoldered, rechecked twice joints etc. Could a 8007, 8008 8009 0r 8010, 8011, 8012 interchanged connection cause this?
