Why Is There No Color Only Black And White Screen

A white screen and black screen will reflect all the colors which fall on it. But in case of a green screen green color will be get absorbed by the screen and other colors will reflect. We cannot find the green color. And their is also a possiblity to form secondary colors by mixing two primary colors..
