Red Light Blinks 6-10 Times No Picture,on Tv!!
will not power up,red light blinks 6-10 times no picture on TV!! any help will be appreciated. any resollution. What can I do to quickly resolve this problem?

This set has a shut down system when the microprocessor circuit detects a failure. Dependent upon which section of the TV has a failure will determine how many times the LED will blink. Sometimes when there is a failure, several circuits will fail to respond and then each time the set is turned on a different link code is registered. Many times these are power supply problems since this circuit is involved with every section of the TV. The blinking LED indicator is to be used by a technician to help isolate the failure, this set has no user repairable circuits.
Here is what the different blink codes are indicating: 6X means the power supply is low or drawing too much current. 7X is a failure in the horizontal deflection circuit. 8X is a failure of the audio output circuit. 9X is a Zero Crossing error one "A" board. 10X is a high voltage protect (32,000 Volts).
