Flashing Red Standby Light

My Sony KDL46Z4100 will turn on for approximately 10-12 seconds (green 'on' light') then there is a click and the green goes out, the red standby light blinks 14 times, pauses, blinks 14 times, etc. TV will not turn off using either the remote or power button, only by unplugging it. What repairs are indicated?
