Kdfe60a20 6 Blink

Red LED blinks 6 times. Replaced ballast and thermal fuse. offers a fixit kit but, not sure what is in the kit. Guessing it's something in the power supply.

This error is monitored on the "B" main board, it has to do with low or missing voltages from the "BM" power board which is channeled to the main board via the GI or GK boards (depends upon the serial number). If the thermal fuse is open then this power supply will not work and it will also cause the 6X code. The problem is likely the "BM" power supply board regulator IC (IC1601): http://compare.ebay.com/like/230849975427?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar

I don't know what the kit has is it, but if it has this IC then you have a chance it will work for you
