Sony Hscu-300r Fisher Connector Hardware Issue

yesterday during the work at the studio I felt the burning smell from the unit and at the same time both of the sign lights of the cable alarm in the front of the unit became on, i immediately turned off power and checked the triax SD cable with a length of 20 meters only , obviously cable is OK , and the HSCU-300R power is supplied by a big ups,also the air condition is fine.the ccu is not working and as the result a complete camera set is out of order and the three camera studio suffers the lack of one camera please guide us to remedy this problem as it is possible. i thank you beforebest regard
