Not Operating

I have this system installed in my house. I have two Sony wall station cd players and three dvd/cd players. Noe of the units operate properly. I need a reliable service representative to check this system. Where can purchase these units? I think replacing these units with update model woudl be best. What do you think? I can be contacted
