I Create A New Account, Then Use The User Name And Password, And It Can't Find M

since it won't let me create an account, how can i log in to download a manual. it can't be that hard since i've downloaded to my phone

I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
It's very possible the problem is on your end. In case it is, follow these steps:
