The very first thing you have to do is to locate the settings of the touchscreen feature in the user's manual. The touchscreen may be disabled by default. However if there is no settings for the touchscreen, this may be related to the hardware part of the touch screen which cannot be repaired because the replacement parts are not available. You can refer to the user's manual here:
