How Can I Download A Previous Firmware Version

upgraded firmware to 011 and now blu-ray disks get error 'cannot operate disk' when trying to load. Stardard DVD's work fine. Problem only with Blu-rays....this happened after firmware upgraded to 011

I have the exact same thing happening after 11 upgrade. My problem before I upgraded the firmware today was that it would play blu ray discs for about 30-35min then stop and not recognize them. So i thought the upgrade would help it, but it didn't. HELP. I can only play DVD, but really want to play my blu rays instead. Thanks
