Password For Screen Mirroring

When I try to connect to my Sony bdp- s5200 via screen mirroring, it asks for a password. How do I access this password and/or reset it? It will not connect without it

Hi,

the 4 digit password you are seeing is related to the Parental Control Settings. A password allows you to set a restriction on BD-ROM or DVD VIDEO, and Internet video playback .

  • To Set or Change Parental : press menu button and sort till you come to "parental control" (see page 31 : here )
  • If you cannot recall password : then you must do a factory reset which will put all settings back to factory .. therefore removing parental control (see page 32 : here )
