Connection Error--futura Quartet
when I try to open the program I get the error message that my cables aren't connected or machine is not turned on. Cable is connected and machine is on. HELP

Remove and reconnect the cable(s) and reconnect, making sure the cable or cables are tight. The other possibility is that a cable is defective; try replacing a cable.
