Singer Professional 9100...bobbin Trouble

I constantly have to thead then re thread machine....careful to follow instructions. Still a mess. The bobbin keeps putting the thread in the bobbin case going directly behind up to the needle plate instead of across the top of the bobbin and back...ready to return the machine...help
