Singer 9100 Sewing Machine

Brand new machine, on switch on, loud noise, needle area seems to vibrate, unable to sew, help.

Sounds like a gear alignment problem. Since it's new I suggest you return it.

If you have setup and are operating the machine as per the manual here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Singer/9100Professional/200860 then it must sadly be defect (manufacturer fault). In which case you will have to contact your retail.
