Silver Cover On Front Pops Off

the silver cover on the front of the machine has started popping off when I cover stitch. I believe it has something to do with the thread becoming too tight but I can't find where that is happening. Any ideas

Loose Bobbin Holder - It is almost always likely that the reason your bobbin holder feels loose is that the bottom plate of your machine is loose and needs to be tightened. If you do this and the situation does not change, try checking that the bobbin holder is inserted properly.
