My Xr20x Died. The Fuse Is Ok. Is There A Circuit Breaker I Can Reset?

I turned the unit on in a very hot room. I have seen the overheat message many times. This was a complete loss of the unit, no red lights. I found a circuit diagram but no legend or service manual. Do you have any suggestions? I can buy 3 used ones for the price of a sharp out of warranty repair.
