Lamp Timer Reset For Sharp Xg-p560w-n

We are having trouble understanding the online manual for resetting the lamp timers. We installed new ones but the online instructions for resetting ate confusing or don't work. Can anyone help

Sorry for your problems. If you told us exactly what you did, we very likely could tell you what if anything you were doing wrong--but as an independent help site, we can't improve on the manual instructions. So at this point I can only suggest two options:

Resubmit, telling us in detail how you made your attempt, or
Phone Sharp or the merchant to get a walk-through (for Sharp use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/sharp/customer-service).

If a walk-through doesn't solve, then your product is defective and should if possible be returned.
