How Do I Stop The Register From Adding Two Days Worth Of Purchases On A Reciept?
We use the register to keep track of purchases. Lately when we cash out by turning the key to X1/Z1 and pressing ( . & PLU) it multiplies days worth of purchases and make a grand total amount that we know we have not sold in one day. It has done this for the past couple of days. We do not know how to fix this issue.

This should only happen if you print an X report by mistake (you forgot to press the decimal point button first). Check your last few print outs. If any have an X at the top and not Z, then this is the problem
