Remove Unused Departments From Sharp Xe-206.
We are only using 16 of the 99 departments. When a Z report is printed all 99 departments print out. I only need the 16 departments that are being used to print out. How do I program the register to only use the department that we need.

I haven't worked with this model but it is the setting for zero skip on reports that you need to change. Set it to allow zero skip anywhere in the reports programming and it will save paper by printing only what you use. It is allowed by default so someone has disallowed it in programming.
