Xe A102 Register Letter P On Screen

This cash register is showing a letter P to the left of the price screen and there is paper loaded and it is on the right function and I have tried all buttons to erase it. I cannot input any products either. Help please!

It is in programming mode. Turn back to PGM mode, press SUBTOTAL
