Microwave Doesn't Heat.

The microwave make a louder than normal noise and does not heat.

Sounds like defective issue with your microwave. I had the same problem before. Usually to get it repaired can cause up 100 dollars but also could buy new one for that price or less than that amount. The circuit that is suppose to help heat the microwave ha's gone completely out.
