Documents Stuck In Document Operations On A Sharp Mx-m503n
client has two documents in Document operations that we cannot get rid of. the password does not work and logging in as the admistrator on the device will not allow me to remove them. I do not need them printed just need them deleted.
How do I get rid of these "stuck" documents if I don't have the password for the file.
