Misfeed
our printer had a paper misfeed which has been cleared but the error message is still on and won't allow the printer to work?

Go through and recheck all potential jam points, Make sure you didnt rip the paper while removing the previous jams, because this can leave remnants that could be causing the problem.
Next step would be to open every panel and firmly close them to make sure all sensors are reset.
Next step would be to turn off the panel power, then the main power, then unplug the device. wait 10 seconds then power it back up again.
