We Are Having Trouble With The Printer Not Printing The Full Page For A Duplex.

We have chose to print a duplex on an 8 1/2 x 11 but the printer is picking up as an 81/2 x 13. Though we have chose the 81/2 x 11 it will print it out with part of the print missing on each side...
