Mx4101n - Copy Vs Print User Codes
On the MX4101n I only want to track Copies by user code, not Printing. How can I do that? I have PrintAudit that let's me track all of my printing company wide.

USER CONTROL
create user accounts..
once you turn it on you need user accounts for all use. print/faxing/copying.
for printing yhou have to open print driver on each users machine(provided the drivers arent loaded on a server) and under JOB HANDLING select "user account"(?) and input the user account number you assigned that workstation.
If that user sends print jobs billed to multiple accounts this can be a hassle,.
