Mx-pk11 Ps3 Expansion Product Key Installation On Sharp Mx-2615n Printer

We have bought MX-PK11 PS3 Expansion Kit for our Sharp MX-2615N printer and I got a Product Key, but I can't enter it through the Web interface because PS3 Expansion Kit field under the Product Keys menu section is grayed out. Please let me know how can I enable PS3 option for this printer.

You have to get your dealer to register the key on the Sharp website, that is only available to Sharp authorized dealers/technicians.

You input that code on the website along with serial number, and it generates a specific onetime code that is permanently mated to that serial number for that machine. That codes it generates is then input into the mfp through the web interface.
