What you have to do is power the machine off, then turn the main power off..this will clear the print queue. Main power is located behind the panel that has the toner cartridges..

Wait 60 seconds... turn on main power then turn on the panel power.

You will have to update the print driver (and possibly the firmware). If this is a PDF causing the problem you should also make sure your pdf software is updated..
