Need Some Capacitor Information For Sharp Lc-42sb45u

My tv just shows a red light for a second then goes away. You can do this every 10 seconds and the same thing happens. I opened it up after reading about capacitors being not sufficent enough and sure enough one on the power board is puffed up, the service manual lists it as c955 EC 2200uF 10V GF222M010I200K040P 13*20mm but on the capacitor it says 2700uF 16v. So the question is what can i replace it with as the service manual is different then what is actually on my power board. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I searched the service manual and it does mention that 2200 microfarad is the right part, so a 2700 will work fine, but the problem isn't so much the capacitance (as long as it at least 2200) as the voltage. replace it with a 2200@16vdc, and you should also change the one on the "hot/primary" side (C969: 33@25vdc). you should verify the voltage is 5VDC and very clean.

The manufacturer of the board names the caps (For ex c 905) but the VALUE of the capacitor must be replaced with the same microfarin and with a value of Voltage either the same or higher (higher will usually stop that particular cap from puffing again)
