Does My Samsung Washer Have A Reset Button?

Model # WF-42H5200/A2 Brand: Samsung front loader. Need assistance to figure out why it's not completing it's cycle? Says Agge unsure of what this means. May you please help guide me to fix my washer it's new and I really like it when it washed a load with out messing up it did a great job! Thank you

Most newer washing machines come with a reset feature that allows you to restart the washer after it experiences an error code or fault. Causes that lead to these problems include power spikes, imbalanced loads or an interruption in power. Some machines have a button you push to reset its motor. On a machine without a reset button, unplugging the washer and then plugging it back in often serves as the means to reset it. Although not usually a button, programmable washing machines might have a reset function or position to clear a program problem. Dry your hands before touching the washer's buttons, power cord or circuit breaker. Some washing machine problems may require an authorized service technician.

Based on what I have found there is no reset feature for this model but do try the steps above before calling a service technician to help
