How Do I Stop The Picture From Going So Dark - It Is Almost Unwatchable.
While watching a movie I have noted that the picture will go from perfectly wonderful into a really dark mode which is very hard to watch. I have returned one set already due to this issue. Is there a way to disable whatever is doing this?

Go to the menu, settings and find picture adjustment, look for brightness & contrast, adjust them as necessary. I wish you the best!
