Which Boards To Replace In Samsung Un46b6000vfxza To Correct Problems

Samsung UN46B6000VFXZA LED TV has fine horizontal lines across full display and a glow over full display that is effected by change bright images (e.g. small text or image on display causes bright lines of same color vertically to top of display which fade slowly after text or image is removed or changed) Should I replace T-CON, Pwr Spply, Motherboard or some combination?
