My Picture Is Yellow- The Blue Led Is Lit But Not Projecting-cleand Unit No Help

I took unit apart and cleaned it all but still the blue led is lit up but not projecting to the screen - picture is very clear but yellow. The small light on the circuit board is not lit above the blue led  that's the only issue I can find not sure how to fix it
