samsung galaxy centura screen freezes have to take the battery out to even get it off now flashing red anything i can do?

Hi.
1. That could be resulting from a corrupted firmware or a glitch, requiring a factory reset or a firmware reflash.
2. Or it could be resulting from a mechanical/hardware failure.
Most likely a corrupted firmware requiring a reflash/update.
