Open the front cover
Remove the toner cartridge ( or cartridges )
Gently shake the cartridge from side to side several times
Insert the cartridge
Close the front cover

If the error message is still displayed, replace the toner cartridge by visiting our parts distributor. http://www.samsungparts.com/
