When I Want To Print Or Copy There A Message: Out Bin Full Open/close Door. What

Hey, when you open the print cartridge access door there is a black toggle switch that needs to be in the depressed position to let the unit know the door is closed. Something was missing from the topside of the "door" so the switch didn't close...

Check and see if there is any paper jam in the printer...

If not then maybe something is wrong with the door sensor and needs to be fixed...
