Try this my instructions
- From the main screen, navigate: Menu > Settings & Tools > Phone Settings.
Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select. - Select Security.
- Select OK.
- Enter the code.
The default code is the last 4 digits of the phone number. - Select Edit Codes.
- Select an option:
- Phone Only
- Select Phone Only.
- Enter the new code.
- Re-enter the new code.
- Calls & Services
- Select Calls & Service.
- Enter the current code.
The default code is the last 4 digits of the phone number. - Enter the new code.
- Re-enter the new code.
