On The Front Of The Fridge It Has E 13 And Won't Go Off Try To Reset But Won't

both off floor it wont come out of demo mode

I would advise speaking with Samsung Support for details. They may be able to troubleshoot this with you towards a resolution. Worst case--they may advise you that your refrigerator requires repairs.
