Fridge Showing Locked Doesn't Appear To Be Coolong
My fridge model rs25h5111sr appears not to be cooling. Showing 0 and ff for temps. I unplugged but it didn't reset

On page 20 of the user guide it explains that the fridge is in cooling off mode as you state.
This is the procedure for turning it off.
To cancel Cooling Off mode, press and hold the Energy Saver button, the Freezer button and the Lighting button again for 5 seconds, until the chime sounds.
Cooling Off mode is only available on refrigerators sold in the U.S.
