Samsung Rf4287hawp Water Dispenser Stays On.

Samsung RF4287HAWP water dispenser stays on after pouring a glass of water. Can be stopped by manually pulling forward on the water dispenser lever. In addition, it recently started spewing water out at full force when no one was within 30 feet of it. Any troubleshooting tips? The water filter was replaced 45-50 days ago.
