Cool Select Pantry Drawer Issue
The rollers on the drawer continually fall out of the side rails. I believe the issue is with the side rails that are attached to the left and right sides of the fridge. I am trying to locate these side rails and have not had success as of yet. While I think ultimately the design of the drawer/rails is poor, I hope the ones in my fridge simply have a manufacturing defect that would be resolved by replacing them. My question(s):1) Do you have a part number for these rails (both left and right side)?2) Have you heard of this issue and is there a "field fix" you could recommend?

What you could do is fit a stop in the form of a spacer with a self taping screw into the plastic side just at the edge behind the front wheel and that could allow the rear wheel to stop against it before the tray can come out. It is a common fitting in furniture to stop the drawer being pulled out. It needs to be measured carefully to get it right. However this will invalidate your warranty.
