Samsung Rf20hfenbbc/us Refrigerator

I've only had my refrigerator maybe a month and ever sence I've had it the refrigerator part has never cooled the way it's suppose to. The display says the refrigerator is set at 34 degrees but it doesn't feel cool enough when u get into it

34 degrees is on the hot side, turn it lower for cooling.

34 degrees relates to about 1 degree Celsius. Normally fridges run at around 4 degrees C (about 39F). If you go much lower to 0 degrees the food will be frozen and not useable. In the US fridges are run at around 40F so I would accept that the temperature is correct or even too cold. If you have access to a thermostat or thermometer check the temperature for verification.
