My Samsung Netbook Will Not Go Online At My Favorite Coffee Shop. Why?

My netbook will go online everywhere else!"Internet explorer cannot display the web page"...

You probably need to setup a "New Connection" in your Network and Sharing Control Panel. Also, while setting up your new connection, make sure you get the proper setup info from an employee, or the Net Admin, to make sure ALL the settings comply with THEIR network! IE- page not displayed- IF your Network settings are 100% right, u can get this error in IE simply from not clearing out your "cache, cookies, histories", under the Internet Options Control Panel. Make sure you COMPLETELY shut down, AFTER you've done the above steps, & unplug ALL peripherals, & the power supply, for a full 60 seconds, plug everything back in, start up your netbook again, and make sure you're using the correct Network location, & violá! If you STILL cannot connect, call your Computers tech support line, and have them walk you thru resetting your wireless Network Adapter! Hope this helps.....
