Insert the USB drive into your laptop, and click on that drive from your computer. It should automatically start, and if not, then click on the "Setup.exe" or "Run" file. This should get it up & running for you.

If you still need assistance, I'd contact Samsung for setup/troubleshooting as they should be able to walk you through the process.
